GPS Hide And Seek Experiment

This afternoon Jill Pearson and I made a quick game to experiment with the GPS potential of Google’s Latitude system which allows you to view the locations of your friends as pointers on a Google Map. We decided that Jill would go in to town (as she needed to anyway!) and through our mobile phones I would try to seek her out. Watch the video before you continue as we documented the process and it will ruin the outcome.

Although I never found Jill, we were really very close. I think to the point where we must have literally passed each other without noticing. A second attempt is definitely on the cards! Any recommendations for alternative GPS based games?
